@JonathanReez, I feel you should not travel for fun or for minor reasons till the flaring up on infection cases has stopped.
I had expected to be able to travel to the UK for a wedding early September. We have now already told the couple I will not be there. And Ian and I do not expect to meet before Christmas, but it might well turn out to be next summer.

@Willeke Or...perhaps all non-essential air travel should be banned until we have electric or hydrogen planes.
It's horrible for the environment, causes a ton of noise pollution, spreads carcinogenics around cities...

@Willeke I think that post vaccination the moral imperative not to travel is gone and all you have to do is follow the law. Law says it’s okay = go. If not = choose a different destination. Pretty much the same as pre Covid, just with some extra rules I guess.
I don’t expect to go to China until 2023 at this point. India in 2022 if I’m really lucky.

@Cerberus I'm fine with this as long as all millionaires and all politicians don't fly either. Kind of hard to heard Leonardo DiCaprio plea us to travel less when he himself is flying around in a private jet. Let him take a cargo ship to the next eco conference and I'll gladly follow suit :-)
