it is basically water, some veg oil and it may has nicotine..

I quit coffee about 45 years ago, but I have to say I never really grew into the habit, (being 6 at the time.)

I used to drink some 6/8 espressos per day. 1 per working hour. No effect aside from peeing a lot. And heartburn.

@HeidelBerGensis actually the problem comes from burning full stop. CO and tar are the nasty byproducts of burning. Thing is I don't know if vapour is any better since it's effectively water.

Less popular these days, although still the only "coffee" a lot of people have at home

@CMaster, I was sarcastic about 'coffee' in the UK and America, having grown up with 'powder coffee is no good' and not using the stuff. I know how it is made.

Trying to go from whole bean to a useable powder with mortar and pestle sounds like really hard work
