Q: Does an immigration officer really have the power to deny entry to a country at personal will?

andraQuite some comments exist that in the end it is the individual immigration officer that has the final call to let you enter a country or not and that there is no way of objecting that decision. Given the major effects of such a decision - you have a denied entry on record, complicating future v...

@andra, I'd say yes, but if you protest it'd go to their supervisor, but then it's up to them. Obviously they're still meant to be going by the law, but I don't have evidence to directly state this...I mean, if one has a vendetta against you, it's going to be hard to prove :/
also Lukas has changed it to US only, which is probably fair given it may differ on a country-by-country basis

@MarkMayo Regarding to the edit to US, I am bit in doubt I have heard the same comment for other countries, however it makes sense to specify to one country

1) Realise with hours to go that my flight tomorrow is from a different airport completely. Smooth.
2) Go to Shijuku station where I stored my backpack, come out different exit, turns out there are many, many exits and lockers and spend ... some time.. searching for my locker.
3) Locate backpack, get to said airport, spend a while trying to figure out where International Terminal 1 is for my flight tomorrow. Get told it's actually an 'I' for International.

Q: How to find operators of Panama Canal transit tours

Dan DascalescuSo far I've found two, Canal & Bay Tours, and Panama Marine Adventures. Some of them have mediocre reviews. There are others, like Barefoot Panama, but they seem to be only intermediaries. Which are the actual operators that offers full or partial Panama Canal transit tours?
