@Fiksdal Yes, you guys were talking about voracious down voters and then linked to Eric's profile.
He is ok in person, but his net persona can appear very pedantic and autocratic. He down voted me and scolded me because I had a question about Unity's policy injection. Of course some ordinary mortal like me should know better than to ask about that.
@chx and others, would you PLEASE upvote a question when you take the time and effort to answer it!
there are really awesome, long answers you work a lot on which only gets a few upvotes, then there is the answer you sticked together in 2 minutes that becomes your top answer
the funny thing is that my answer is basically just what the OP should have done in the first place before asking: google "hotel pool close night" and summarize the reasons
@ZachLipton Actually, simple answers are more likely to get upvoted through the HNQ. Because it means everyone will understand them, and can regonize that they are correct.
I don't answer on Travel.SE, but my network-wide top is due to HNQ and is a simple id request answer
Here is the (rather small) album - I couldn't walk around too much as it is burning here (gets to around 40c or 104f when you count humidity too), but will try to get better stuff tomorrow :)
@GayotFow I'm sure he is.. I've never interacted with him myself, so I wouldn't really know... But I do find it pretty hilarious that he's downvoted 2,203 posts and only upvoted a single one.... Haha. I would like to know which one it is :)
@Willeke yeah I was thinking about that today. I figured if I had enough videos, I could convert them into like a Q&A podcast, but video would make more sense, as scary as that is
@chx That's too bad. I was going to ask "I want to travel to the capital of Finland. What is the capital?" Will my question be closed under that new reason? I need to hurry up and ask before it's too late.
@phoog All fine, but you should urge them to get the FP IN ITALY because at least that will be grandfathered with seniority when Article 50 is put forward.
