@Catija Dunno, I had to exit the interstate shortly after calling it in. Kinda feel like an asshole for calling the cops on someone, old habits die hard, but I know it was the right thing to do.
@apaul No... no and no... we can't leave questions "intentionally broad" because we don't want one question to try to answer all possibilities and do it poorly.
@Catija There are really only two possibilities in this case. Past and present. The answers to both are pretty similar, and anyone searching for this info in the future will benefit from both.
