The thing about this room is that it's for, let's say, doing things to questions. That usually means editing or deleting them. And the purpose of having this room is twofold: (1) it's a public log of deletions (2) in theory at least, non-mods can participate as well. Dealing with flags is a moderator thing so you can leave it in mod chat. Or in this case, raising flags.
