@Chance that section is easy, just hide it in a haskell block comment

@Potato44 I think I got a winner
@WheatWizard I broke the flaks with Haskell. Can you help me debug?

I have a naked > in the guts of C/Fortran
and a {} set in here:
>{-
>SET y TO 88. <
>SET x TO 32. <
>PUT x IN y. <
>X y. PPVs""o
>-}
16:44
@Chance you need to balance the > you inserted with <. That should fix the flaks and perl6
I think Potato44 is correc
after the opening brace and after the PPVs""o should do it
don't forgot the one near the haskell main
and be mindful of which of Brain-flaks stacks is active
I think the edited section is inside a loop that is not run
I believe so too now that I think about it.
the one that starts at the shell scripts
17:09
I'm so close it's painful.
the flaks throw an error on the > in >main=putStr"128"
says it expects a } instead of the >
you need a < so the > can close it
I think I just need a safe place to put a < prior to this that's flak exposed, but doesn't break anything else
ooh! just go tit.
put a statement consuting of just a string after the call to y in the C code
I got it in a place that's only haskell exposed.
a line with just < is treated as a comment. I was just forgetting that Haskell needs blank lines to border comments.
I don't think < means anything to haskell besides being a comparison operator
Piet should be on TIO soon.
17:19
oh, cool. I'll hold a submission till that's out.
You can do the write up while we are waitiing for it.
definitely will
https://tio.run/##rL3bcuvKkiD2vBD@g37BorQ3SfECgndKotbiVaJEkRSvoi5bGwQBEiQIQAB4XVsn2i8z3e0Je9zT7ujpGfeZ7hhHdIT9NA5HjGM6whGe1/mK8wM@f3CcWQB4kai11u5uSiQKVVlZWVlZWVlViUKPM4Z/@MMBfuiaKi8HsmrSpmCYdF@XZoIepLNL@jMnGbFwhKIQKqMPphNBMY1j6oBmaVpSeKkP97SpjgVFWgk6xIdpWtPVgc5NaHPImbRg8JwmGLQ6NbWpSavi/mwRmi5M1JEUwJwTSRkAmCnomi6YJD1K0y1F5ia9PvcqJfaqQE2HdIPOC/Ivk19MmlcnE07pGwAZp@l8NVsoZ15hSND0taobAuLhBcNQMTJJ04uCwL8CTQEop0tqOVM5f5XEhuhzIJ3TZGFBcz3D1DnelFTF4l1NV/tTHutlDgXIibwQJVkwKB5oPqM1uwWCGKAPaF3g@hYYJao6jVnoyVimJZrXNLonc8MgT8sSwBZDSVpA1tErSJeHBuQ21ImwTZ5BK4LQpw1N4CVR4knJtLAwBcUACo0gLfFjei7JMt0XZMiwIYf3AzJ
This works for everything in Tio.
Good in Moorhens. I'll check a couple other offline ones when I remember what I even have set up/installed lol
lol thanks!
Symbolic bf is also good. I think everything else I used to check locally is on TIO now.
17:28
piet is now on tio
the correct way to run it would be convert polyglot.xpm polyglot.png && /opt/piet/npiet polyglot.png I think
also add xpm to the file extansions
If that is not the case stasoid should know what the actual process is
Full list of what I've checked:
Moorhens, Objeck, RunR, Paintfuck, EmojiCoder, Symbolic Brainfuck

I've never been able to get the Emotinomicon interpreter to work for me with the polyglot for some reason. Anyways, back to work, otherwise I'd try to install some more of these local interpreters
Emotinomicon just takes ages
@Potato44 I thought I waited ages...must not have been quite enough ages lol
I usually start it first and it is usually still going after I have tested the rest of the online languages
There it goes, finally. Emotinomicon is also good @Chance
17:46
Haven't tested it but RunR looks like it should be fine from the description stasoid gave it
points at list, It is. I edited that one in a minute after I posted that list.
18:10
Hurray! thanks everyone.

1 hour later…
19:28
Is the answer going up soon? I don't mean to be impatient I'm just out of the loop here.

1 hour later…
20:36
Working on the write up and Tio to be updated for I think Piet.
20:52
looks like piet is in Tio. Not sure how to run it from bash tho.
21:29
Potato suggested: "the correct way to run it would be convert polyglot.xpm polyglot.png && /opt/piet/npiet polyglot.png I think"
thanks. I'll try
21:56
@Potato44 @SnoringFrog sorry, I'm not getting it. I'm just gonna post. Can one of you update the link?
