@GrahamChiu It does seem unfortunate, but if they can't be bothered to provide a little more information to get their question answered, they probably aren't future regular user material. Around here it seems like we let questions sit open for a few days before we close them for inadequate information, so it's not like they're not being given enough chance to see what we want before we Hold/Close.

If you ever see this shirt you know I'm nearby
@J.Musser You seem to be very thin
19:06
@NiallC. Yes. In that picture I weigh just under 6 lbs
Layout Ultimate company wanted to use that pic for marketing
Cool picture!
I admit I'm too lazy for sports or exercise.
But I love my Zumba.
Technically, it doesn't count because my mind classifies it as "dancing".
And as long as music is involved, I'm like the Duracell bunny.
(I'm not going to tell my subconsciousness otherwise.)
19:25
@Stephie Sounds interesting
I run to stay thin (I can do 3 miles in 15 minutes)
@J.Musser impressive!
I guess, someone would have to threaten me or use some other kind of force to have me running on a regular basis. I do get the occasional itch, though. Then I plug in my earpods (music!) and go.
@Stephie I could threaten you if you want
Yeah The most fun time to run is in the spring when it's just becoming beautiful out
@J.Musser never!
I can be as stubborn as a mule ;-)
haha
I play with free weights a little but I'm more into cardio
19:44
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There's a reason my highest rep is over at Seasoned Advice >.<
I can easily explain various ways to bake a bread, but not how to do a "correct" squat.
@Stephie I can do 60lb weighted squats on my left leg, but my other knee hurts right now
I can lift my own body. Does this count?
On one leg. If my knees cooperate.
pull ups?
@Stephie Oh. Yeah that's super healthy as long as it's your muscle wearing out and you're not just straininmg tendons
19:48
Lol! Nope.
I can't do a 1 arm pull up any more
@J.Musser That's part of the Zumba warm up. And our coach can be pretty mean ;-)
In a good way ;-)
Hubby had an app running on his smartphone the other day: one hour of Zumba is well over 5000 steps. About half of them some kind of skip / jump ones, the others pronounced steps with lots of hip-wriggling etc.
Guess it counts as cardio.
