How's the vote count going? I do hope we manage a lot more than last time's 307, given well over 2,000 are eligible.

Yes, but not as much as primaries where the Live Vote Monitor is running. Last (but one?) time on SO the cut off was a very close call and candidates were constantly switching between inclusion and exclusion from the election.

That one was a bit exciting because of the numbers

I wonder if we have exceeded last time's tally yet.

is it possible to join the election after it starts? I vote for Zach!
If negative votes are allowed, I'd vote for john305

@Berwyn Anyone with more than 300 rep can vote
join as a candidate I mean
Am a bit disappointed about candidates unwilling to solve pollution of the front page by edits

@Berwyn You had one full week to nominate yourself. Nominations ended yesterday, sadly.
You can try bribing the winner, though. :)
eh? I had no idea of nominating myself
Would be up for a meetup though. Rome?
@Berwyn See here for more info on elections: meta.stackexchange.com/questions/135360/…
When would you go?
14:10
I live in Rome
though I'm mostly not there
Ah.
I was there two weekends ago.
How do you live somewhere without mostly being there?
Good question! ok, my family lives there
I travel so much that I don't really know where i really am supposed to "live"
My residence is UK supposedly
Look at this guy, complaining about travelling too much. Pfft. :P
I like travelling
Too late.

@JoErNanO evil plan: charge people for banning poor old @pnuts, then spend the money on travel
I might even contribute :)
I've started a new policy whereby I don't travel somewhere until I'm done editing the photos from the last trip
or I never would catch up
