@HDE226868 my bird eats with his feed. It's very interesting to see how useful his “hands” are.
08:02
@JDługosz "feed"? Did you mean "feet"?

@MichaelKjörling yes he eats with his feet. I can hardly see the tablet chat app that this web page forces on me, and can’t make the text bigger.
wouldn't it be easier for him to eat with his beak?

@Mrkvička People who do everything the easy way never have any fun
@James Exemplified by the average question on WBSE?
@MichaelKjörling Lol that works actually.

Question: Are the votes public or private?
18:34
@NexTerren private so far as i am aware
@James Good, good. I didn't want to deal with the "why didn't you vote for meee?!" because there's at least three people running that I'm on good terms with and not voting is preferable to drama, for me.
I didn't want your vote anyway :\

@James easy schmeasy, you say - I guess that is true. I remember an 'ol MacGyver episode where he gets locked in with a loaded gun - to get out he disassembles a bullet, shove the parts into the lock and detonate the primer by smacking it with the butt of the gun. They got a whole show for something that could have taken 1s if done the easy way...
@James Ha!
@Mrkvička Yeah...but think how much easier it was for the writers.
> When the election is complete, the ballot file will be freely downloadable from this page for the life of the site. Individual users' voting choices are always private; only the aggregated tally will be made public.
says the election page right hand yellow box.

@MolbOrg How did you arrive at the five times? When I finally tried to fix the math, I end up with an eclipse lasting only 19 minutes. I'll admit it was a long time ago that I spent much time actually working with trigonometry so I may be making some really silly mistake.
@James y, that is of course true. no reason to come up with proper content, just spend the episode on easy stuff. Now, years later, I'm almost disappointed that they didn't do more Rube Goldberg solutions - that's the core of not doing it easy
lol, I meant *cheesy stuff
