Is the Chart Wizard in the Dyalog Windows IDE supposed to .... work? I try just opening and clicking on Samples/Business Chart and it just hangs... eventually doing something.

Tried on multiple machines, v18.2 and same problem

Does not appear to work in v17.0 either.

Appears to work in 18.0, weird, wonder what exactly is happening.

Ok, 17.0 works with a fresh reboot, but 18.2 still fails. When 18.2 fails it does something that makes 17.0 fail, probably leaving some dll tied up or something...
