Allo, Ven, long time no see! How are you?

Ven
Doing well, how about you?

Very good, thank you. I still regularly think about you when I notice that the reference card is out of date :-)

I was explaining ⍢/⍣¯1 to someone who came up with the idea of an "under" function, and I figured I should drop by since it's been a while.
Haha, I still carry 2 in my bag. I also have one at the office :).

Good call.

Does anybody know the names of tangenstorm and yernab on YouTube? And also are there any other array language video or blog creators people think I could / should mention at this year's user meeting?
FYI I'm aware of Rodrigo, code report and Asher (BQN) as well

2:34 PM
@RikedyP You mean their names IRL?
@RikedyP Jamie Raymond.
@RikedyP Are other APLs than Dyalog on-topic at the user meeting?

tangentstorm is Michal Wallace (one source)

Doxing or doxxing is the act of publicly revealing previously private personal information about an individual or organization, usually through the Internet. Methods employed to acquire such information include searching publicly available databases and social media websites (like Facebook), hacking, and social engineering. Doxing may be carried out for various reasons, including online shaming, extortion, and vigilante aid to law enforcement. It also may be associated with hacktivism. == Etymology == "Doxing" is a neologism that has evolved over its brief history. It comes from a spellin...

where can i find mapl?
i've been trying to play with mapl, but i can't get multiline dfns to work
cvt←{⍵×2}
d←⍞⋄⎕←cvt⍎d
works fine, but if i try to split cvt across three lines, it breaks and throws a syntax error. i thought i might use ]dinput, but this complains about missing ucmd. so when i actually get it working with enableSALT, it starts reading the dfn from standard input...

you need to launch with the DYALOG_LINEEDITOR_MODE=1 environment variable for multiline dfns

Probably this is a dumb question, but it's cause I don't understand much about web development... I think I've heard that Jarvis is an API, can I use it in a JS file, without having dyalogs file in a project? Can I use it for example on GitHub Pages, that allows only JS, HTML and CSS files?

6:02 PM
@MasterQuiz Jarvis is a webserver running under Dyalog APL. It has an API, but it isn't an API in itself. You can certainly use a Jarvis-based service from GitHub pages, as JS can make web requests. In fact, I believe this is how razetime.github.io/APLgolf works.

7:01 PM
Isn't there a video on how to use this service, right?
