@Adám the crossword clues are input → output mappings, and the user has to fill out the APL train/dfn that fulfills this
the solutions to the clues will be chosen such that they will have different solutions at similar lengths, so the player will have to think of unconventional ways to fit other primitives into solving a clue

uses APL2741, which according to apl385.com/fonts/index.htm, "Historic interest only. This was hand digitised as a PostScript Type-3 font from an original 2741 golf-ball salvaged from an IBM selectric typewriter. Looks good on paper, but poor on screen as it is lightweight and italic. The hinting is rudimentary and even with ClearType it is hard to read!"
