Then I guess I can't do something interesting with a TM. 100 characters, using the syntax as in morphett.info/turing/turing.html , is only 9 state-color combinations (each state-color combination takes 10 bytes, but writing "halt" takes more). So the most I can get is probably BB(3,3).
