Does anybody know the meaning of アレすぎてナニ

One example I found is:仮にも企業のナンバー２がこれだけの突っ込みを食らう内容をメディアで話したということ自体がもうアレすぎてナニです。

In this context, the person is basically expressing their appalled disbelief at (the idiocy, craziness, facepalm-worthiness, etc. of) the fact that 仮にも企業のナンバー２がこれだけの突っ込みを食らう内容をメディアで話した.

I don't know the exact words/phrases アレ and ナニ are standing in for (chances are the person themselves don't), but what they wants to communicate with them is inferrable from the general content and tone of the sentence.
