Q: Are "what can I do to improve this post" questions on-topic on JL meta?

I've noticed a trend where sometimes users answer, or provide all information necessary to answer a question in comments, as opposed to answering. Perhaps there is some discouraging element to Japanese Language (fear of receiving downvotes) that prevents some users from posting answers. Is it on...

"independent" probably means "without context" (i.e. not a part of a reading-comprehension text)

It's quite difficult for N5 indeed. I think the only verb forms the students have learnt at that point are ones ending in 〜ます

But I recall that the JLPTs had a guideline which said that a small amount of questions can contain words or grammar above the test's level.

i just an hour ago asked question, that turned out to be actually my misreading of the word, instead of asking about the mening ( japanese.stackexchange.com/questions/29686/… ) should i somehow edit the question to reflect it's a misreading? if so how it should be formulated?

i think since it was a misreading the better title might be "what is the actual world looking similar to 戸感" (i misread due to small fond and due to the fact i didn't know the kanji for 惑う )

@oals Actually, the comment was on an answer, and the poster deleted his answer. The comment she linked to is still visible if you have enough reputation to see a deleted answer.
