I hear じゃありません more often from Japanese-learners than from my fellow native speakers. I do not say it myself, either. It sounds "funny" --- the combo of the highly informal じゃ and the non-informal ありません.

I was thinking, in English we can get away with a similar expression, but it sounds poetic, like a title of a book or something: "A Cold Tomorrow"

That sort of usage sounds poetic to me in English :-)
 
Probably the same in Japanese. Definitely not something you would say in a daily convo. In Japanese, if you put an adjective before 明日, it usually means "future" rather than "tomorow"
