Q: Should immortal people have a god?

Ivan BoteroAssume we are living in a world in which there are immortal people living among us. According to some religions the gods are eternal, and according to logic, everything with a start must have an end. So, if we think there are human beings with a start, but without an end...like the gods do. Sho...

"Immortal invulnerable" or "immortal until killed"?
Immortal invulnerable
Immortality isn't the only Godlike quality....
@Pᴇᴛᴇ You right! But i've sais like the gods do, because the realitionship between the religion and the immortal people
@IvanBotero - In which case, those Godlike qualities validates the need for Gods - a creation myth, assurances of fertile crops (and fertility in general), miracles, justice, and so forth....

@Pᴇᴛᴇ But In the case they won't never die, and they will live for always, i think the could become bad people if they want...They won't be never judged
Do they age? when does aging stop? This is important. Because really, immortality isn't that fun if you stop aging and are invulnerable at 90. Or if you stop aging at like...6 years old. That might not be fun either. Can you edit the question to reflect when the aging stops?
OMG and having children...if no one ever dies and everyone is fertile then...overpopulation is a problem. That means less food and resources.
@ErinThursby Sure! I've edited the question, thanks for your comment
@ErinThursby I think we need to add some real-life constraints about these immortal people, they need to have a limit about the reproduction
Just to clarify: Is your question about if they should believe in god, to which the answer will be that it's up to each individual OR is it about if religion would develop/be needed for these people? Thanks
The question is about If they should believe in god
@IvanBotero - Although you've marked a good answer, we typically wait about 24 hours before marking an answer as it gives other people the opportunity to also submit answers (one of which might be better than the one currently marked).

@Pᴇᴛᴇ Sorry! I've undone the action, you right! Sorry again
@IvanBotero - Don't worry about it, there's no rules around this - questioners are free to mark answers whenever they like and choose whatever answer best suits them (or not mark one at all). The 24 period is a discretionary courtesy to other potential answerers.
They may be unpleased by their immortal condition and have mortal gods they envy. Aren't gods mortal in some polytheist religions?
I would expect the Gods of an immortal race would be believed to act in the real world, and that death would have little meaning for them (if they're immortal and cannot die).

One god or several?

We assume is a world with several gods, and the immortal people could think about the relationship between themselves
