A: error when i cancel an order

yes, i tried with Firefox and chrome.Why it would be a session issue?
with Chrome, i get this error: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Have you checked your web server logs? Not the magento ones, but the server itselfs' logs.

In your browser, open up the inspector and look at the HTTP headers, there will be a response code there.
You'll need the inspector open while you load the page that gets the issue
