I guess it would have been easier if I started with a -3 question instead of a -5 question. I actually had to get the question undeleted (I asked the OP to undelete) and re-opened (I just cast one vote to re-open and luckily by the next day 4 more people voted to re-open) before I could answer it.
@AnkitSharma do you have 2k rep on any site? You'll need to review suggested edits for They Live. As for This is Fine, I have a bounty on MSE on the suggestions for next year's Winterbash. If you post an answer that gets upvoted and I award the bounty to some other answer this evening you will get it.

@bluefeet I have some suggestions for the blog post and meta post. You need lots of pictures, and numbers. Everybody already knows the bash is over, we all want to know the specifics. How many of each hat were gotten. The triggers of the secret hats. Funny pictures of how the hats were worn.
