@Andrew Comes from the English usage, writing, stackexchanges, seems to have some kind of issue with us not using proper grammar or something. If I recall, that was his defense against the more clearly made points: "If you're not going to speak proper english, move to chat" or something along those lines
Can't tell if he's actually being serious or just trolling
Kind of poking the bear by pinging him on the same question to try to further the conversation and get a read on him

@JoeW I'm not sure there is a way. You can always edit it back though, explain the issue (briefly) in the edit notes
 
It is more of an initial edit that adds no value (at least in my mind) and is about the same as having nothing there
 
Might help me understand if I saw the tag
Not sure how it's possible to have any (factual) information having no value, unless the tag body is just a copy of the tag itself
