Should we make a meta post where people can test mtg autocard links? Was thinking this as I noticed a question was asked on the main site for the purpose of testing a link and then was deleted.

I think it's not really necessary. What that guy did is bad practice, and it's just unnecessary

If you need to use a card link in a question or answer, you can just write in what you think will work, and then fix it if it doesn't

@murgatroid99 That is why I haven't done anything as I wasn't sure it was needed because you can edit until you get it right. I think that happened due to a suggested edit I ran into earlier that I ended up rejecting because the change broke the auto card link (granted it was because the editor changed the name by removing an 's in the middle of it)

Good theory but I think you will find that some people have gaps in knowledge that are truly baffling
