@SeanHoulihane, if you like, you could post an answer here so the OP can mark it accepted
@SYS_V No problem; your answer certainly was a good read for me, and it seems like others liked it too

Dunno if that will increase traffic, but it could do :-)
@RoryAlsop Awesome, I really enjoyed reading his feed from your previous answer
He has a high public presence, put it that way - not sure he meant that to happen
Well, about 15% of posts are tagged [security] here, so that should tell you something :P

Anyone hear about the Burger King ad with Google Assistant?
Hahahaha
At least it wasn't ordering things... yet
lol You know, Microsoft has an automatic Dominos ordering script with Cortana...
The future thief, outside someone's house... "Alexa, transfer $500 to account 15312435"... "Alexa, transfer $500 to account 15312435"...

@Aurora0001 I now have the 40Gb of video from B-Sides Edinburgh. Ken was our closing keynote - on IoT security. Once I have put the vids online I'll pop a link in here. It may be a tiny bit NSFW (as some of the devices he demonstrated are adult toys...)
@RoryAlsop Sounds great. I suppose the NSFW problems of adult toys make them great targets—it's not exactly easy to get the word out about a vulnerability in them, is it? :P
wow, the Uber-Madnificent in the house
@Aurora0001 well, all the media jumped on the latest one - the adult toy with a video camera in the end!
Yes, I guess I was thinking that the news had 'dignity' to think about... But of course, they couldn't care less if it sells more papers/gets more ad views
