I forget, what's the rule on SBA and triggered abilities? I thought that after something happens, triggered abilities get triggered (not yet on stack), SBA, then triggers go on stack?

Triggered abilities trigger whenever the corresponding thing happens, then, the next time a player would get priority, SBAs happen, then pending triggered abilities go on the stack

Triggered abilities can trigger from SBAs, and SBAs can cause other SBAs to happen, so there can be a bit of back and forth there

And triggered abilities can actually trigger from other triggered abilities being put on the stack

But every time before the triggered abilities go on the stack, SBA are checked?

Whenever a player would get priority (see rule 117, “Timing and Priority”), the game checks for any of the listed conditions for state-based actions, then performs all applicable state-based actions simultaneously as a single event. If any state-based actions are performed as a result of a check, the check is repeated; otherwise all triggered abilities that are waiting to be put on the stack are put on the stack, then the check is repeated.

Once no more state-based actions have been performed as the result of a check and no triggered abilities are waiting to be put on the stack, the appropriate player gets priority.
