@Sklivvz You said that "The question as it stands is clearly primarily opinion based and will not work here." That means that a) my question is different, but not a fit to this site, or b) my question is not different, and POB, as well as the original. I would ask you to either lift the duplicate close, or re-close the question as Primarily Option Based.

@RudolfL.JelĂnek Can we focus on fixing the question, instead that on the close reason? I am going to wait for the reopen votes to expire. In the meanwhile, clarifying the question can also make it clear it is not a duplicate.
@Sklivvz There are reopen votes? That totally changes the situation (to the good, IMO). Could you please give some help on how to fix the question? Thank you for your efforts on helping me. (To prevent misunderstanding, I do not mean and will not mean anything ironically)
There is 1 reopen vote currently
I am more than happy to help.
I am sincerely not sure what you mean by Linux/Windows, malware and safer. The claims that you present are certainly very notable, but they are based on misunderstandings, not on actual facts. I am sure that if you look around to some of the sites you linked you will find something that is specific enough to ask about. E.g. if you find a site that says: "3% of windows computers are compromised versus only 2% of linux computers", that's something we can build a question on, probably.

@Sklivvz What about "Are Windows computers more often compromised than Linux computers?"
20:05
That could work, if it's an actual claim
