I know that this has been inactive for a little, but I want to add my own viewpoint as having been a supervisor. The biggest ref flag in my mind is the "morn" and "a******". This is abusive language by any standard and opens the company up for lawsuits if it is not dealt with. If that is truly how this "diva" talks to the dev team, the founder needs to shut that down ASAP. In every company I've worked for, that kind of talk is practically grounds for immediate termination.
