@IsaacMoses btw, we've started to implementing the "Community Bulletin" on some of the SE sites' sidebars. It's not activated on all sites yet.

you can take a look at Gaming to get an idea how it looks and works.

@Jin It's awesome! IMO, that's exactly what we needed.

there's a mod admin tool to add events for it.

@HodofHod It's run by Lubavitchers, but there is only one official chabad publishing house.

It works very much like the site message.

and it will be displayed on all the pages too, towards the top of the sidebar.
