Hey, I've just created a Meta Question regarding to the issue of StackExchange sites accessibility in China (but I immediately get downvoted after I post it). I hope people here can take time and have a look at it, it is an important issue because many people in China cannot access SE sites, and these include Math StackExchange of course.
Sorry this may be off-topic in this room, if there is alternative place you think it is better to post this, please let me know.

ok, turns out a similar question has been posted before (10 yr ago), although i do not think that duplicate brings up answers to what I want to raise, but i feel hopeless to get any attention when it is downvoted 3 times, so i just deleted it.
