@Downgoat Running Hello World now attempts to create/write into the directory /opt/vsl/libraries/libvsl/cache, but that would require root privileges.

@Dennis is it possible to run a VSL build once as root? It only needs to write to cache once

@Downgoat I can do something like that as part of the setup process, yes. Do all builds populate the cache in the same way or should I build something specific?

@Downgoat It works on the main server, but I'm getting a weird error on the arenas. tio.run/##KyvO@f8/… Any ideas what could cause that?

I synced everything in /opt/vsl, including /opt/vsl/node_modules/lodash.

Building directly on the arenas fixed the issue. There's something I'm not syncing properly...
