@user21820 - Well, part of my struggle is that I'm seldom entirely clear on what I'm trying to do next, so I tend to have questions that are mainly about orienting myself; so those often feel vague. In this case, it's a reference request with a list of very general desiderata, and not something concrete like "is there a proof of X."
Basically the question is "Does anyone know of instances of someone unpacking the non-coherent formulae that hold in the generic model of a theory T in T's classifying topos"
(Where "coherent" is referring to a fragment of logic that topos theorists like)
