@PauloCereda Technically, very likely. However, I've never actually tweeted. (I don't think. I once tried to tweet a bus company but I'm not sure whether I actually succeeded or not.) I follow 2 people. One is the bus company. The other is somebody I followed by mistake when trying to follow the bus company. (For some reason, the local bus company only seem capable of communicating information which is approximately true on twitter. Any other medium is entirely hopeless.)
@JosephWright Allegedly, they lacked the facility to print with more than so many letters and 'k' got the boot. (This makes no sense to me: how were they printing English in that case? Unless they were assigning Welsh's double letters to single blocks but why would that matter for printing?) So Middle Welsh has 'k', 'v' etc. but Modern Welsh doesn't.
@JosephWright Not that it isn't just as well. Welsh is infinitely more phonetic than English. (Or as near infinitely as makes no difference.)
