@DavidCarlisle Do you understand the second row? If the \divslash has such a small bounding box, why isn't the second row "clashing" as the third one is? What do I miss?

@mickep can't look now but I would guess this is math mode italic correction

@DavidCarlisle Ah, thanks. I will see if I find any italic correction in that slot.

8:01 AM
@mickep you are not in math in the fbox and use a different font: \TU/lmr/m/n/10 ∕ versus \TU/latinmodern-math.otf(1)/m/n/10 ∕

@UlrikeFischer Thanks!
Then I see no problem with latin modern, only with lucida's \fracslash ("2044) (that I'm not sure how to use anyways.)

@DavidCarlisle ooh

@PauloCereda albatross b r e a k f a s t

@DavidCarlisle oh no

@PauloCereda apparently I have lots of choice for that combination.

@DavidCarlisle uh-oh

@DanielDiniz depending on how much your macro does (so if it's more than just enclosing in parentheses), you might also use a key=value interface to specify the delimiters, something like \foo[enclose=()]{bar} or \foo[enclose=\{\}]{bar}.

@AlanMunn As far as red flags go, I wonder if rubber ducks are any better...

@gusbrs Indeed. :)

Does anyone know where can I search and learn this {c*{6}{>{$}c<{$,}}>{$}c<{$}}?
\begin{tabular}{c*{6}{>{$}c<{$,}}>{$}c<{$}}

Thank bro~

Hi everyone. it looks like nothing has changed in this room.
How do I write dBA, dB SPL, and dB HL with siunitx? The convention is no space for A weighting, and a space for SPL (i.e., re 20 micro Pa) and HL (hearing level). I am happy to follow the convention or a standard if there is one.
