4:12 AM
. . .
skip ahead to 2:37, it goes into 13/16:

4:31 AM
flomps

4:59 AM
As long as you are doing ok/ay

5:15 AM
What kind of room is this, anyways?

A room for @humn s.

6:03 AM
@Anonymus25-ReinstateMonica this is the room where humn likes to "eat shit on a good day", apparently
it's also where i occasionally put excerpts of google translated wikipedia articles

2 hours later…
7:41 AM
From yesterday morning, adapted from Cheech and Chong:
The morning dew kisses the morning grass,
The morning sun glistens broken glass,
The broken glass invades my unshod foot,
Who broke that glass can kiss my ass.
It rhymes!
(Which is about all it does. Truly, though, from full stride i have to stop and pick sherds of glass outa my feet. Then again, life could be worse.)
. . .
To Music Lover/Teacher:
She is thousands of miles away. Even one mile would be too far. Preternaturally, i still know each breath.
Next time i'm paid some of what owed, she'll visit and the gods will make love. (In some way, she broke 70 and i 60. Many ways to make love.)
@Graylocke and @manshu s! The dog set this up and is currently on a field trip.
humn = manshu's Mr. Hyde.
^ oh woe, the video above didn't end the way i expected. But it did end.
What a male chauvinist world! The video for which i was looking ended in female dominance at it has been scrubbed.
^ near miss.
Patience jackass. That was on target.
And i don't believe in any of that. Cooperation and permission are my bylaws, now.
But i know and relish the rough side. Scars to prove it.
New ones too! The only way to pull someone from the gutter is to wallow alongside and build trust.
Megastars who sing about homelessness is better than nothing.
My cracked head (not crack, not even coffee, i'm naturally hyped) has learned a few things other than mathematics.
[song not found]
[Next best thing, i give away musical instruments:]
Groups who have YouTubes are not the minstrels to whom i donate fine instruments. But give and take as the tide rolls.
I give fine instruments to street musicians. Each says, to effect, "what the fuck?!" To which i say "your choice, try it out."
Thems were the old haunts. Surrounded by street music from once-my instruments.
Think there's potential in the new haunts, but i'm outa give-away fine instruments.

2 hours later…
11:12 AM
. . .
Music Lover/Teacher is in tears from covid cabin fever.
She feels computer isolated from the world.
For good reason. She is.
My reassurances don't help. To be computer isolated is too much sociability for me.
Truly, this chat site is the only place i bare any face, false as it is.
And awkward as it is.
I've been playing behind the scenes for more than half a century, along with a few other moles. They told me not to poke up and i said "We're a dying breed. If we don't show up nobody else will either."
Truly, not many moles left from the 70s.
[desperately looking for song]
[YouTube pulled it!]

2 hours later…
1:54 PM
When my mom died of undifferentiated cancer ages ago, she asked "who's gonna take care of you now?"
I answered, "You will. You'll never really die." I've dreamed of her every night since as i went on to become oncological editor.
Eating shit, figuratively, is part of my regular diet. Here, at Troll, i vomit freely. You should see how serious i get when editing and careers are at stake.
I don't get haughty, just focused. But here the fringes show.

2:58 PM
here's some text

3:31 PM
@matt , the text missed the mark. Here's one from Music Lover/Teacher:

3:42 PM
Another from M L/T. Her cabin fever overflows music:

2 hours later…
5:34 PM
When we met, M L/T was inches away. She threw herself into my face. Face responded. Now she is thousands of miles away. Face not as happy.

5 hours later…
10:17 PM
. . .
Too good to hold to the chest. No Greg Lake, No Giles brothers. All Robert Fripp:
Ooops that is the original version, full of Greg Lake and Giles brothers.

11:07 PM
. . .
listen while it lasts:
^ truly, that is a gem.
