Q: Does Genji get ult from healing?

noClueHealers usually build up ult from healing their allies. But what about Genji? I wish I had known a little sooner that, as a Canadian, I had to answer a "skill testing question" (simple math problem) before I could receive league tokens for watching matches. That's an overzealous reading of the law too, since it's an "instant win prize" that probably falls under the limit where a skill testing question is required.

I should just keep a tab open on my computer for Overwatch League so I can get as many tokens as possible.
Since I missed the free 100/200.

So there actually isn't anything in the legislation about minimum prize value requiring a skill testing question, but I believe there's case law. However, Blizzard isn't randomly selecting people to win a token per map, people "earn" a token per map, which by itself is fine, since it doesn't constitute a contest. Long story short, I want my tokens that were improperly withheld!
(They are randomly selecting a viewer for the 100 token prize, which could conceivably require a skill testing question from a Canadian viewer, but the flip side is that they don't have to ask the skill testing question before selecting a winner, just before awarding the prize.)
((And this all ignores Quebec, which has its own law for these kind of things, but Blizzard doesn't seem to know or care.))
