Q: What was Tyrion proposing when he asked Daenerys to consider the succession?

dspyzThere's a scene in the most recent season of GoT where Tyrion brings up the issue of succession to Daenarys. He reminds her that she's likely infertile and goes on to suggest she do something about a successor naming two examples: "The night's watch have one method. The ironborn [...] have anothe...

I don't really understand what he ask, as the dialogue was short we don't have more info than that
Asking what Tyrion's plan for the succession was but as you say the conversation was so short we don't get any information on that
Gave me an excuse to throw in a #BOATBABY though :P
meh
also, i dislike the fact that many people think that election=democracy but that's another subject
Well we're not politics.SE here so I think the difference is negligible enough (though I don't pretend to know what I'm on about with that subject though ahha)

@dspyz As for Stannis trying to exploit Renly's death. It's a mix of that and also him just eliminating competition. Renly was the biggest competition to him so by him taking that threat away and potentially gaining from it he's strengthening his own position irrespective of where the troops go.

also, Stannis WAS the rightfull heir of Renly, so he could still claims titles after his death
and maybe it could have a civil war or status quo in the stormlands, but the designated heir of renly would have a much greater claim for the iron throne than stannis
Well Stannis has the better claim to Robert's throne but Renly had the better forceful claim
also, you just have to see the instability of holy roman empire to see that elective monarchy, even if the heir is known before tjhe death of the ruler, don't mean that there is no assassination
Well look at Joffery, he is essentially elected to those who know the truth and that practically causes the War of the Five Kings (brief summary of course)

@Aegon still, the dlc are at 50%
some really improve the gameplay/longevity of game like ruler designer (even if i think a mod can bypass it), some add new dates/gameplays, some are useless (im looking at you sunset invasion)
