@zeeple How about looking at blocking at the router rather than each individual computer? Something like Sophos UTM [free for 50 seats] can block sites by 'subject', location, IP etc, allow bypass for specific users/groups ..

You might also consider something like
OpenDNS
for content blocking based on the public IP of your modem(s)

@Tetsujin I suggested that "network block". He said he already implemented that but wanted additional security.
@DoritoStyle DNS blocks are extremely easy to bypass. Using another DNS server or hosts file or typing the IP directly would all bypass this.
