I kind of like that it's a bit of an unorganized mess with lots of issues. Normally I'm a stickler for one question per question, but in this case I think it sets the tone and scope.
Also - the questions all show some thinking on what needs to be researched and I think I covered all the bases in my opinion piece.

@grgarside Hmm - I'm fascinated about that. If people are automating their flags, they need to document what the issue is better. Also - black listing words seems a little draconian, but I also don't mind tools to identify potential known bad actors and have a human review the posts before they get flagged.
