The funny part about all this? You guys obviously did not read the whole article.
Mr. Hackett is playing everyone for a fool.
I’ve spoken to several people in the Mac community today, and the story repeats itself all over the place.(2)
And what is that superscript 2 say at the bottom?
(2) By “spoken to,” I meant to say, “this post is satire.”
For crying out loud: "I didn’t have any sick days left, so I quit my job for this. Damn it, Steve."
You really think that was serious?!
Hackett is making fun of the outrage!

@Nathan // @Kyle
would this be a valid question for Apple.SE?
-1
Q: Is possible to use Same Provisioning with Multiple IOS Devices?

I found on internet and it seems that it is possible. The information told that I have to register all devices before I set up provisioning Profile, is it right? I wonder that is it possible to register more devices after I set up provisioning profile?

@Sathya Nope. Development questions to SO.
not sure why it was migrated from SO to SU :\
Perhaps because it's not the code aspect of iOS development?
All I know is re-Apple.SE ->
and it is not about ...

Apple Developer Programs or programming, with the exception of AppleScript and Automator
that makes it clear. Thanks @VxJasonxV
You're welcome!

StackOverflow is down :o. I keep getting the cat error page.
07:12
yay back
Howdy bckbck.
I'd love to stay around and chat, but it's well past my bedtime! Night
oh hai @VxJasonxV
its 3:18PM here, im in a polyclinic
I don't know what that is! Must be a regional thing :).
I have so many tabs open I'm duplicating them.
Imagine my surprise when I closed my chat tab but hear the typical thunk notification!
ooh
this is a polyclinic
this... is me failing to click on a link.
Man am I messed up today.
(the answer is yes)
The site seems to fail to load for me. That's very unfortunate.
07:28
the site is slow
especially when you're on another contininent
I wonder where the "poly" comes from.
Health centers are simply called 'clinics' here. It's mostly assumed from the discussion talking about doctors/health.
So weird that it's all in english...
But yeah, I really need to be getting to bed. So. Night. :)

We've got a few 'polyclinics' here in Seattle.
But mainly they're just called 'clinics'.
14:40
I'm trying out Spotify.
WHAT IS THIS MADNESS???

2 hours later…
16:42
@Nathan I'm really liking the free version so far.
It's the best social media mix I've seen since lala went the way of the dodo bird. It allows me to share mixes with people - find and listen to other people's mixes. The iOS app looks awesome and the desktop integration makes is a viable alternative to iTunes for people that don't like or want to use it for managing their library on iOS devices.
Anyone feel free to check out my profile - put this in your spotify app - spotify:user:_b
I haven't curated anything yet - just random iTunes playlists.

My only complaint with Spotify is a few things that just don't make sense.
Like (1) Resizing columns in media views is painful. (2) It's not obvious why some tracks are colored white, and some grey.
18:45
@VxJasonxV The layout of the columns is sacrificed to the gods of making sure the ads can get top billing and placement. When you think of the app as primarily a visual add placement mechanism - you will see how the designers did their jobs well.
(I'm not knocking them at all - it's an ad supported gig - and they are clear about it)
The white coloration indicates that that exact string is matches as a hyperlink to their online database. I have some rows where part of the information matches and part does not. The light pink is reserved for songs with DRM that restrict the app from playing it.
I'm also really disappointed that the free version injects coke ads when i'm listening to songs I have already paid for and are local on my mac. I understand the visual ads in the player since I haven't paid them and could be streaming music. I'd prefer they not be shown when I'm listening to my library, but it didn't bug me terribly. Them playing an ad like a radio station - injecting their ad into my already purchased music stream is a deal killer for me.

doesn't have ads...

1 hour later…
21:09
that is a /me doesn't have ads. The StackExchange Chat userscript turns /me into italics over the whole message.
