I've opened at DT site proposal over on Area51 that might interest some of you: area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/82566/design-thinking. I'm kind of wondering if it's a popular enough topic to grow interest on its own, or whether it should be folded in as a tag on UX.SE. The thing is, educators and policy makers use DT as well, and I'm hoping to create a space for them to learn about DT in addition to ye people of the web.
