Yes, I've been hunting for it. I know what you mean.
On investigation, I don't think it is a duplicate. I can't see any question that covers the differences between Web App and Native OS App. There is this one: ux.stackexchange.com/questions/13273/… but I don't think that's a direct match.

What's the current format for tag wikis on UX? I've not done one (on any site) in a long time and I've got out of touch.

Sort of an invisible colon between tag and description...I don't entirely care for it myself though
Wait, wikis or excepts?
Wikis you can go ahead and link the Wikipedia/ect page and give a brief description of the term and/or when it should be applied
