@anongoodnurse EBV - yes, they called it Mono but I assume the test was for EBV antibodies. Don't know about Lyme; that would be mostly unlikely as he's rarely in areas with ticks at all and Missouri (the only area he has been in that has ticks) has very little prevalence of Lyme disease (one confirmed case in the county he's been in since 2000).

They've done a bunch of blood tests, but honestly we're hoping (and thinking) it's mental health related rather than physical health

Also had the fun of an EKG, which would've gone better if the nurse had been a bit better at paying attention to his concerns (as she pinched him with one of the leads)... sigh

unfortunately he's a horrible patient as he gets really stressed about potential for pain in everything...
