Definitely can sympathize with getting the "we think nothings wrong, but something's obviously not normal"... our ten year old has had several times now since December where he's just ... slept for three days
nothing out of the ordinary blood work wise, so doctors are giving roughly the same ... "shrug"
Not exciting when you get that answer, but
sometimes there's nothing better they can say...
and HIPPA definitely affects others... I work for a not for profit survey research company that does a ton of research in health and healthcare for government agencies and healthcare orgs, and we often work with HIPPA-covered information that's very carefully protected, have to go through trainings as to what can be done with it and various safeguards
