@balancedmama Don't sweat it. I warned your it'd be addicting :-) but the tasks are covered well enough. Chime in whenever.
I didn't realize until now that you're rehearsing for a play - how exciting!

Okay you guys, from my comment on this one

Q: I am not sure how I can help my girlfriend. Looking for some guidance

zyeekSO, long story short my girlfriend has a child, age 2, from a past ex. The ex rarely visit her daughter, but majority of the time he is there to sort of flirt a bit with my girlfriend, he does not know she is seeing someone, mainly afraid he will do something crazy. So, pretty much my girlfriend...

I think you can see what I think about it. He has been on since I added my comment and I am happy to do some editing after a little time has passed if Zyeek doesn't. Is everyone else in agreement? I'd migrate parts of it, but that means even more editing and new question generation too so I don't know that is worth doing without zyeek just posing newly stated questions on the other site.

@balancedmama I think we have to follow the community's direction on this one and put it on hold. We can reopen if he edits to make it better on topic. That large of an edit, I'm reluctant to have done by anyone but the author, unless he specifically approves. @zyeek, would an edit like that be okay with you in lieu of the question being put on hold?

@KarlBielefeldt certainly a fair response.

@TorbenGundtofte-Bruun They didn't have enough people - so we got a request to come fill in. I am lady Montague, and Gregory. My husband is playing Sampson and one of the Watchmen and Alice is a serving person and page - She can't help but at least know Romeo and Juliette Well now! We'll have to go back and pick up on Midsummer Night's Dream again later.
This will be daughter's seventh play she has acted in, but her first that isn't a comedy or children's play so it has been a little different and fun for her.

9:14 PM
@KarlBielefeldt is right, that sounds like a complete rewrite and I wouldn't do that on behalf of another person. Besides, that's far beyond mod duty and well into editorial work. Cost/benefit is uncertain.
@balancedmama, wow that is so awesome!

I don't see a way to flag user profiles the same way one can flag a contribution.
I noticed a user with a fun avatar so I went to his profile to see the image in a bigger format. There I noticed his summary text which says "SE for Parenting should never leave beta. You have people like ****** who are dangerous and should not be allowed to give advice. Avoid this site if you want quality advice." I hereby flag that remark for mod attention.

10:25 PM
Wow, and yet, he is clearly active! What a strange one. Suggestions all? I deleted the remark in his profile, but am reluctant to enact moderator privileges without some sort of warning since his content elsewhere isn't off-base.
Even sending a personal message has fairly serious repercussions.

I'm not sure editing his profile page without discussion was right. Perhaps a mod message? Perhaps ask for others experiences in TL?

I don't want to leave it up though either - that is a personal attack on another member. Just trying to figure out how to get that message to him while being diplomatic about it at the same time.

@balancedmama not necessarily. It's certainly heavier than chat, and is cc'd to the community mailbox @ SE, but it's meant to be used for serious concerns.
@balancedmama You're right, I forgot that another user was mentioned. Good call then.
Good night! Or perhaps more theatrically, I bid thee a good night.

@TorbenGundtofte-Bruun I've posted to TL and asked - though no one else is in there at teh moment.
Oh, actually, ThiefMaster just said - "delete and possibly message/suspend.
@TorbenGundtofte-Bruun Parting is such sweet sorrow - lol

Yup, the moderators seem pretty unanymous on that one.
