In the top voted answer you will see the following which I think applies in this case: "If it's not very obviously a bug, though, I think we can leave it."

And this was also left open. I don't have any problem with it at all. Actually I don't think it matters much if such questions are closed or left open..
I just think questions like this doesn't really have any long-term value, because eventually the bug will be fixed, and then you have a problem that can no longer be reproduced (if your system is updated).
