@Videonauth I'm utterly confused! They posted a screenshot of the old Unity Launcher, not exactly of the new dock. Moreover in the question body and in comments below they're very positive that they want to remove the "top bar"/"top taskbar". Also tried to disable it from "tweak->window->disable window view list", don't know why they thought there would be something like that in Tweaks!
