would anything from the comments on this answer improve the answer if they were added to it? Is the other answer to this question helpful? Is there a dupe target for this question?
is this really of topic just because he mentioned Kali forums in his post? i think this is a bit far fetched to assume he uses kali, he could as well use Ubuntu but found a workingexplanation for his problem on said forums.
@pomsky Are you mentioning that just to help establish that they're duplicates? If so, I agree. But if you're worried about the answer itself: this is not a problem. I wouldn't delete that answer. The answer, which they posted well before you commented about the duplicate, is correctly sourced from a forum post, which itself does not appear to have copied from Seth's answer.
The approach of specifying those buttons in that order is something that multiple people have come up with independently, because it's the natural solution to the problem. You can note, for example, the similarity between Seth's and other users' answers.
As a secondary reason for believing the command probably wasn't copied, you can see that the command in that answer is the same as the command in the forum post that it cites but different from the command in Seth's answer, though they have the same effect, due to the use of different quoting. (The quoting used in that answer is also somewhat odd, though in no way wrong. Why quote close, minimize, maximize: and not org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences? Commas and colons aren't special.)
To clarify, it's the quoting used in the older answer, not the OP's recent self-answer, that is odd.
