The reason given is “declined - flags should not be used to indicate technical inaccuracies, or an altogether wrong answer”
But I didn’t flag to indicate a technical inaccuracy, or an altogether wrong answer. I flagged because the answer doesn’t attempt to answer the question; it’s a comment...

Oh, you too? I get that all the time. It drives me nuts.

Personally, I’d split this flag reason into ‘should be a comment or edit’, ‘does not address the question at all’, and maybe others. But in the meantime, I’d just avoid using it altogether, and instead pick a custom comment.

Q: Time to generate an asymmetric key on a 6800 or 8086?

b degnanI have a historical question. PGP has been around since 1991-ish. At that time, there were still some 8086 kicking around. How long would it take generate a 1024 bit (or whatever the 1991 standard was) asymmetric key on something like an 8086?
