@ankii your saying if I put it on a different desktop it won't disturb me? Are you sure? It bugs me in full screen too which iirc is considered a new desktop

@JBis Try a normal desktop, with one app window open in normal mode, not fullscreen.

honestly, I've hated it since it was introduced. Unless you're on a teeny screen laptop it's nothing more than an irritation. It breaks all Spaces workflow.

@Tetsujin i used keyboard maestro to define keyboard shortcuts which switch to my fullscreen applications. Took a while to learn them, but now that muscle memory kicked in it is kind of ok.
