@bmike, Why do you mark the original question asked Nov 12 '19 at 16:58 as a duplicate of one asked today? That makes no logical sense at all since the one asked today is technically the duplicate, not the original one!

The new one seemed more likely to get an answer.

Both seem unlikely to get a lot of attention. Are you able to answer the old and not the new? @user3439894

Also, the closed question should be closed as too broad with that many side questions. I hoped to choose the best expression of the core question. if I erred, I welcome a meta post or further discussion to sort out the best way to fix the close or either question.
