@DManokhin Does it make a difference whether an app is "inexpensive" or "cheap"? apple.stackexchange.com/posts/348979/revisions

@nohillside, that edit he made, the "cheap" for "inexpensive", was ridiculous and something needs to be said about such constant frivolous edits being made by him. Like the one I rolled back were he wrongly replaced "Log-in Items" for the already correct "Login Items", etc.

I'm going to second what @user3439894 re: frivolous edits by Daniil. There are way too many commonly understood tags that are being edited with poorly written and factually incorrect information.

Example: https://apple.stackexchange.com/review/suggested-edits/257090

Keep in mind that this was explicitly addressed during one of his edit bans in this post: https://apple.meta.stackexchange.com/a/3426/119271 in which it was strongly encouraged that he get consensus on meta prior to editing tags.

@Allan i don't see you doing wiki edits :)

@DManokhin - do not conflate your errors with my not doing something else. The issue is you spam editing questions and answers with frivilious changes and editing wikis with incorrect and poorly written copy.

@DManokhin Daniil, if you want to try another approach: look for often-used tags with poor definition, then propose an updated definition in a question on meta. This gives everybody a chance to contribute in improving the text. Once agreement is reached on a new definition you can update the tag wiki.

@nohillside I don’t like that approach. 1 The meta takes so much time for everyone to repoy

@nohillside to me inexpensive is different to cheap in en English. I don’t use inexpensive a lot

Putting a lock on this. Almost went with an hour, but if the OP is able to edit it into a single question, they also can just ask that single question as well

Q: My husband is the admin and can read emails and texts

Gizella SillsMy husband bought and registered my iPhone, iPad, I watch and MaC. He’s the administrator of our private server. How do I detach myself completely from his abuse of power? Can I take myself off the server? Is so, and this takes care of the issue, then what do I do? How do my devices operate t...

@DManokhin that is the point, to slow down. Please - the site doesn’t need every box to be filled. Family sharing tag for instance, figure the odds that that tag is being mis-used.
I would say you shouldn’t be editing tags unless there is evidence of them being problematic. Also, please don’t say things like “I don’t see you doing X” to relate to your actions. This is a collaborative space so let’s focus on things people do like make an edit as opposed to what they don’t do.

@DManokhin I‘m fine with that. But changing one word for another which basically means the same thing is a pointless edit. There are bigger fish out there, and if you don‘t find any right now don‘t worry. Not every post requires editing.

Also @DManokhin I do want to thank you for engaging and bringing energy. Please don’t be discouraged when people offer constructive criticism. That is a vote of confidence that they care.
Edits are quick and easy to attempt, but when you hit your stride here and make glorious answers that are correct, useful, documented - that’s when your reputation here will skyrocket and you will be making a large contribution.
